Light and airy. This is our very first spec home that we built and we couldn't have been happier with the finished product! This gorgeous home was such a treat to design. We played it very safe with the finishes as we wanted this home to appeal to everyone who was in the market at that time. Really sticking to the whites, creams and golds with a richer hardwood floor to pull it all together. This ranch was a total of 1,542sq ft. with 3 bedrooms and two full baths on the main level. Along with a smaller walk-in pantry and separate laundry room & mud room. The walk out basement was left unfinished but was roughed in for a full bath and had plenty of extra space for a 4th bedroom, office, rec-room and or bar.
